Leads the company-wide OSHA compliance and safety program across multi-site solar construction operations. Manages Safety Coordinators, investigates incidents and near misses, drives corrective actions, maintains OSHA records, develops SOPs and training, conducts jobsite audits, reviews safety KPIs, and partners with HR, Legal, leadership, and workers’ compensation carriers. The role requires regular construction-site travel, physical inspections, after-hours incident response, and expertise in construction safety hazards including falls, electrical exposure, heat illness, struck-by incidents, lifting, and driving.

Drive full sales cycle for roofing, solar, HVAC, and water filtration in Tampa Bay. Use permit data and targeted leads to prospect, perform in-home consultations, deliver quotes and presentations, close contracts, and coordinate handoffs with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead all revenue-generating functions across the company: develop and execute revenue strategy, set goals and KPIs, oversee sales/marketing/partnerships, manage forecasting and pipeline, and drive profitable growth while ensuring operational excellence and customer experience.
