Supports, enhances, and integrates ERP, WMS, manufacturing, reporting, and enterprise applications. Develops and optimizes SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports; troubleshoots databases, integrations, APIs, and data issues; translates business requirements into technical solutions; coordinates with vendors; and supports system implementations, upgrades, testing, documentation, training, and process improvement initiatives.

Maintains and monitors plant utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration, hot water, wastewater, and secondary production equipment. Performs daily safety inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency breakdown repairs, building repairs, and equipment documentation. Supports maintenance, production, and sanitation teams while following food safety, workplace safety, legislative, HACCP, and BRC requirements.

Guide chickens humanely into loading areas and load them into crates for transport. Set up equipment, manually collect poultry, perform repetitive heavy lifting of approximately 40 pounds, and work night shifts as part of a team. Employer-provided transportation is available between home and job sites.

Provides HR administrative support to a manufacturing plant, including recruitment, interviews, reference checks, orientation, employee setup in Dayforce, attendance monitoring, employee-file maintenance, job-description updates, labor-law and policy compliance, collective-agreement administration, and OH&S claims support. Works with plant and corporate HR teams to maintain accurate records, consistent procedures, and effective employee administration.

Supervises Quality Assurance Technicians and supports food safety and quality programs across poultry production operations. Ensures compliance with HACCP, BRC, CFIA, customer, and company requirements; conducts audits and inspections; investigates deviations; manages corrective actions, product holds, allergen controls, supplier compliance, verification schedules, specifications, and quality trend reporting. Provides technical guidance and training to production and support departments while assisting the QA Manager and HACCP Coordinator.

The Senior Product Developer manages product development from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for direct and indirect categories, run RFx processes, develop category strategies, negotiate and draft complex contracts, manage supplier performance, maintain ERP and e-sourcing data, and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce costs and mitigate supplier-related risks.
