Lead Suno's customer support end-to-end: set SLAs, manage support P&L, design multi-channel support experiences, build data-driven processes, and manage a team of 6–8. Partner cross-functionally to turn support signals into product and policy improvements while scaling AI-assisted tooling and channels.

Provide end-to-end product legal counsel for AI music products: partner with product, engineering, and design; advise on IP, copyright, content safety, privacy, data protection, security, and advertising; translate regulatory uncertainty into practical guidance; support launches and operations; and build scaled legal processes to accelerate growth.
