Coordinate and implement the Resident Assessment Instrument and Minimum Data Set processes in a long-term care center. Ensure resident assessments, documentation, physician orders, professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations are followed. The role requires an active unrestricted RN license and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care payer systems, OBRA, RAI, and MDS processes.

Ensures assessments are developed, implemented, and maintained in compliance with professional standards, physician orders, company policies, and applicable regulations. Requires an active state RN license and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, long-term care payer systems, RAI, and MDS processes. Prior MDS or long-term care nursing experience is preferred.

Manage nursing care for resident patients, maintain and restore health, serve as the primary contact for residents and families, and address or prevent family concerns. The role requires an active RN or LPN license, an associate degree or higher in nursing or a practical nursing diploma, and at least one year of nursing experience. Sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred.
