Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing/sub-acute/long-term care center, administer medications, change wound dressings, perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests, and support resident treatment plans while working within a collaborative team.

Support social services in a long-term care and short-term rehab nursing center by admitting residents, completing psychosocial assessments, care and discharge plans, coordinating with Social Services Manager, and ensuring positive patient experiences during treatment. Work is Monday–Friday day shift.

Lead orientation, clinical education, and competency evaluations for nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility. Mentor new nurses, maintain training records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality improvement and retention initiatives.
