Own after-sale customer success for autonomous drone security systems deployed at customer sites. Monitor system health, troubleshoot networking, integrations, logs, drones, and base stations, and manage issues through ticketed support processes. Ensure successful site deployments, explain technical issues to security managers, identify expansion opportunities, and help close additional site, renewal, or subscription orders. The remote U.S. role includes 10–15% travel for customer go-lives and account reviews.

Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure for an autonomous drone-in-a-box system. Build and operate software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop continuous integration tests, design flight test campaigns, manually operate systems in the field, create test reports, identify weaknesses, and recommend reliability improvements.

Owns the transfer of released products from R&D into production, performing DFM/DFA reviews, supporting NPI, and creating controlled assembly, test, inspection, and rework documentation. Troubleshoots tooling, fixtures, assemblies, and production test processes; supports technicians; develops production scripts and fixtures; and drives Lean improvements that reduce variation, rework, and cycle time.

Designs, prototypes, assembles, and tests mechanical components and assemblies for autonomous drones and base stations. Responsibilities include SolidWorks CAD, technical drawings, bills of materials, jigs and fixtures, design for manufacturing and assembly, cross-disciplinary integration, testing, and documentation. The role also improves designs based on measurements, supplier feedback, and production needs.

Coordinate inventory, production material preparation, incoming goods inspection, quality documentation, shipping, and final shipment checks. Maintain accurate ERP records, organize stockrooms, kit materials, investigate discrepancies, inspect components, document nonconforming items, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers. Support improvements to material flow and stockroom processes in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Investigate complex failures in autonomous drone-in-a-box systems by analyzing logs and source code, reproducing issues through experiments, assessing safety and availability impacts, and recommending fixes, workarounds, and mitigations. The role bridges support and engineering, requiring clear communication of evidence, uncertainty, reproduction steps, and operational guidance. Work is fully on-site in Zurich.

Owns industrialization and transfer of electronic and electromechanical products from R&D into production. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA reviews, NPI, production readiness, assembly and test documentation, tooling and fixture support, troubleshooting, root-cause resolution, Lean improvement, production scripting, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and manufacturing teams.
