Own after-sale customer success for autonomous drone security systems deployed at customer sites. Monitor system health, troubleshoot networking, integrations, logs, drones, and base stations, and manage issues through ticketed support processes. Ensure successful site deployments, explain technical issues to security managers, identify expansion opportunities, and help close additional site, renewal, or subscription orders. The remote U.S. role includes 10–15% travel for customer go-lives and account reviews.

Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure for an autonomous drone-in-a-box system. Build and operate software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop continuous integration tests, design flight test campaigns, manually operate systems in the field, create test reports, identify weaknesses, and recommend reliability improvements.

Owns the transfer of released products from R&D into production, performing DFM/DFA reviews, supporting NPI, and creating controlled assembly, test, inspection, and rework documentation. Troubleshoots tooling, fixtures, assemblies, and production test processes; supports technicians; develops production scripts and fixtures; and drives Lean improvements that reduce variation, rework, and cycle time.
