Engage customers to assess energy needs, design and recommend solar PV solutions, conduct site visits and presentations, coordinate with design and installation teams, and provide technical support throughout project delivery.

Assist in designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, prepare layouts, SLDs and wiring diagrams, perform system sizing and energy calculations, create BOMs, coordinate with sales and execution teams, monitor plant performance, and support O&M while learning industry tools and standards under mentorship.

Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR record-keeping. Assist with screening, interview scheduling, documentation, attendance and leave tracking, HR reporting, and process improvements while coordinating with internal teams.

Support daily administrative, accounts, HR, operations, sales, and service coordination tasks: manage documentation, update portals, handle NOC and subsidy paperwork, maintain records, enter bundles in Tally, follow up on payments, and onboard client information.
