Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, explain solar solutions, qualify client needs, schedule follow-ups and site visits, maintain call logs and CRM records, answer customer questions, and support email communication and sales coordination. The role provides practical experience in solar sales, customer handling, and CRM tools.

Prepares and verifies solar project, approval, agreement, and subsidy documentation. Coordinates with electricity department officials and engineers for inspections, approvals, agreements, and initial billing. Communicates application updates to clients, addresses concerns, gathers feedback, and supports timely project administration. Requires basic computer skills, local-language communication, a valid motorbike license, and independent travel using a personal bike.

Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR record-keeping. Assist with screening, interview scheduling, documentation, attendance and leave tracking, HR reporting, and process improvements while coordinating with internal teams.
