Responsible for planning rooftop solar balance-of-systems, managing installation and commissioning teams, overseeing electrical pre-commissioning, preparing commissioning reports for net metering, and enforcing quality controls across roof, electrical, and earthing work. The role also includes team onboarding, training, progress monitoring, troubleshooting, material coordination, inspections, and corrective actions for solar EPC projects.

Engage customers to assess energy needs, design and recommend solar PV solutions, conduct site visits and presentations, coordinate with design and installation teams, and provide technical support throughout project delivery.

Assist in designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, prepare layouts, SLDs and wiring diagrams, perform system sizing and energy calculations, create BOMs, coordinate with sales and execution teams, monitor plant performance, and support O&M while learning industry tools and standards under mentorship.
