Design and own end-to-end learning programs for global technical and customer-facing teams. Create courses, workshops, playbooks, simulations, and assessments; use AI to accelerate content development; partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; track learning and business-impact metrics; and manage reusable educational assets and initiatives from concept through rollout.

Supports Tier-3 prospects through pre-sales evaluation of transaction monitoring, Travel Rule, AML, and anti-fraud solutions. The role gathers and validates business and technical requirements, conducts occasional demos, supports testing, explains integrations and workflows, addresses compliance questions, and coordinates with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Solution Architects to advance opportunities and ensure implementation handoff.

Own the roadmap and delivery of automation pipelines for KYC and document verification. Identify applications for OCR, computer vision, LLMs, and AI agents; translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications; prioritize sprints; and deliver features to production. Track automation, precision, recall, and latency metrics using SQL, validate edge cases, and improve document extraction, masking, and fraud detection workflows.

Manage and grow customer relationships across technical, business, and product areas; train clients, introduce new features, identify opportunities and risks, provide feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success.

Manage and control internal document workflows: develop procedures, categorize, file, archive, and monitor document lifecycles. Prepare, format, verify financial documents, maintain templates and standards, and provide technical/operational support for DocuSign e-signature processes to ensure compliance.

Build and maintain marketing automations and integrations using n8n, APIs, webhooks, and native connectors. Troubleshoot data-flow issues, refactor workflows, and automate repetitive marketing processes. Develop AI-powered workflows and internal tools, experiment with LLM use cases, and collaborate with CRM, Growth, Analytics, Web, and other teams on technical projects.

Own technical implementation of Data Intelligence and complex third-party integrations. Assess vendors and APIs, create technical specifications and PRDs, prioritize developer tasks, coordinate engineering delivery, maintain documentation, conduct integration testing, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues. The role also identifies product improvements, balances scalability and complexity, and serves as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, clients, and operations teams.

Manage and expand Sumsub’s North American non-documentary identity and address verification products, including mobile driver’s licenses, identity wallets, data sources, and open banking. Coordinate releases, partner integrations, product cost reduction, and redundancy strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Data Protection, Engineering, and Product Marketing to address regulatory needs, grow adoption, increase revenue, and improve customer retention.

Manage APAC client accounts from onboarding to renewal, guide clients on technical, business and product matters, handle quotes/agreements/NDAs, source prospects via targeted outbound outreach, and introduce new product features to drive adoption.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new verticals in Malaysia and APAC, build sales pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle for major accounts. Collaborate with product and marketing teams, represent the company at conferences, act as an industry expert, and educate internal teams on regulated industries, compliance, fraud prevention, and market opportunities.

Lead and grow Sumsub's partner ecosystem in Europe by managing key partner accounts, performing outreach and ecosystem mapping, enabling partners through training and co-marketing, qualifying inbound requests, supporting onboarding and integration, and improving internal partner tools and processes to scale joint growth.

Provide L2 technical support for Sumsub's B2B platform: troubleshoot and configure integrations, analyze technical issues, own escalations, coordinate with engineering teams, and communicate solutions to clients in English and Mandarin.

Design and implement backend services and data-processing algorithms for remote identity verification; build internal compliance tools; apply TDD and A/B testing; automate and optimize CI/CD; monitor, troubleshoot, and performance-tune cloud distributed systems.

Perform deep-dive testing across web, mobile SDKs, and APIs; define acceptance criteria with product and engineering; troubleshoot using logs, DB queries, and browser tools; identify edge cases, document root causes, and advocate for product quality in a remote, agile environment.

Manage accounts from onboarding through renewal, guide clients on technical, business and product issues, handle quotes/agreements/NDAs, prospect and run targeted outbound outreach, introduce new features, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth client journeys and retention.

Manage complex terminations and grievance investigations end-to-end while partnering with HRBPs, Legal, and Payroll. Own HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, HRIS data accuracy, reporting, and SOP improvements. Provide advisory support to managers and leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with international labor law.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sumsub's B2B platform; analyze and resolve technical issues, escalate and own cases with engineering, and communicate with clients via chat, email, and calls. Collaborate cross-functionally to answer technical questions and support integrations across web and mobile SDKs.

Lead go-to-market and sales efforts in South Korea: build pipeline, own full sales cycle for major accounts, collaborate with product and marketing, represent the company at conferences, and educate internal teams on target verticals.

Design and build backend services for the Travel Rule product: integrate third-party providers, implement partner protocols/APIs, handle asynchronous event-driven processing, and ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and observability of distributed systems.

Lead global go-to-market strategy and sales enablement for the KYB solution. Drive revenue growth, support enterprise deals as SME, run cross-functional GTM initiatives, identify expansion opportunities, enable teams, and conduct competitive analysis to strengthen market positioning.
