The role includes test-driven development, A/B testing, CI/CD optimization, cloud infrastructure monitoring, distributed-system troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Candidates should write high-quality code, create automated tests, communicate effectively, collaborate empathetically, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Owns the end-to-end delivery and growth of non-documentary identity verification products, including QES, AES, and other electronic signing methods. The role manages product strategy, client adoption, partner relationships, analytics-driven optimization, documentation, support, fallback planning, and cross-functional delivery with engineering and global stakeholders.
