Manage and grow customer relationships across technical, business, and product areas; train clients, introduce new features, identify opportunities and risks, provide feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success.

Supports brand marketing and department-wide marketing operations by coordinating creative agencies, freelancers, vendors, contracts, invoices, meetings, presentations, reports, digital assets, and team meetups. The role tracks creative projects, researches vendors, compiles campaign performance reports, coordinates with Finance, Legal, HR, and Design, and provides operational and project support to marketing leadership in a global remote-first organization.

Manage and control internal document workflows: develop procedures, categorize, file, archive, and monitor document lifecycles. Prepare, format, verify financial documents, maintain templates and standards, and provide technical/operational support for DocuSign e-signature processes to ensure compliance.
