Monitors and investigates Tier-2 security events across corporate IT and OT/ICS environments, including SCADA systems. Tunes detections, performs forensic analysis, manages vulnerabilities, supports penetration testing, and coordinates remediation. Maintains MFA, SSO, access reviews, security documentation, audit evidence, and compliance activities aligned with NIST, TSA, C2M2, and NERC CIP. The Director of Regulatory Finance & Rates leads financial strategy development and regulatory compliance, managing rate-making activities and team of analysts.

Leads and builds Peaks Renewables’ accounting and FP&A function, including GAAP-compliant reporting, monthly close, consolidation, technical accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ERP implementation. Partners with Summit Utilities, supports project finance and M&A diligence, oversees renewable energy accounting matters, and develops scalable processes, controls, systems, and team capabilities for a growing RNG platform.

Supports renewable natural gas business development, M&A, FP&A, project valuation, financial modeling, tax credit monetization, project finance, offtake origination, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Conducts feasibility and investment analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees. Collaborates with lenders, investors, internal teams, and project development stakeholders while monitoring renewable energy regulations and market developments.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to assigned leaders and business units. Coaches leaders on workforce planning, performance, engagement, retention, succession, organizational change, and employee lifecycle matters. Independently manages complex employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and separations. Partners with HR functions and Legal, uses workforce data to identify trends and risks, and ensures compliant, well-documented solutions and follow-through.

Leads medium- to large-scale IT application projects from initiation through closure, including ERP implementations, integrations, data migrations, and custom development. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, quality, stakeholders, vendors, testing, cutover, change management, and executive reporting. Partners with business and technical teams on requirements, system enhancements, process improvement, and deployment while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

Build and maintain enterprise data pipelines and integration workflows across on-premises and cloud systems. Ingest, transform, and stage structured and semi-structured data; write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures; implement data validation, monitoring, alerts, and logging; document pipeline logic; manage source control and code reviews; and support data operations through ticket response and on-call rotations.

Supports data science solutions for natural gas utility operations through exploratory analysis, feature engineering, statistical and machine learning model development, forecasting, optimization, data validation, visualization, and documentation. The intern will work with operational, weather, telemetry, billing, and usage data; contribute to Microsoft Fabric pipelines; complete an assigned project; and present findings to data teams and leadership.

Supervise daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and compliance. Lead team performance, training, workload distribution, and process improvements. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and Concur Invoice, supporting system implementations and issue resolution. Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, IT, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining controls and providing accurate data for cash forecasting and payment planning.

Support adoption and sustainment of process improvements by embedding MOC practices, assessing change impacts, defining readiness and sustainment plans, creating standard work and training materials, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and monitoring execution to ensure durable operational improvements.

Lead organizational change for process and technology initiatives, manage end-to-end project activities for ERP/CIS/HRIS/CRM implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, develop change strategies, communications, training, cutover plans, and measure adoption and change metrics to ensure sustained behavior change.

Plan and execute people-focused change initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and structures. Perform impact/readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, risk mitigation, communications, training, and leader coaching. Partner with PMO, IT, and business teams on UAT, cutover planning, Jira ticketing, and project reporting to track adoption and outcomes.
