Oversees Customer Development and EE/CIP teams, develops growth opportunities, manages regulatory and stakeholder relationships, guides budgets and performance, and advises executives on market trends, risks, investments, and emerging energy solutions. The role also represents Summit with customers, developers, municipalities, regulators, policymakers, and community partners.

Leads enterprise customer development, market growth, customer engagement, and energy efficiency strategies across Summit Utilities’ multi-state natural gas footprint. Oversees customer development and EE/CIP teams, identifies growth opportunities, manages stakeholder and regulatory relationships, directs budgets and performance, and advises executives on market, investment, risk, and sustainability decisions. Partners across operations, finance, legal, regulatory, communications, and government affairs to deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective energy solutions.

Supports natural gas engineering teams with design documentation, hydraulic analysis, construction review, records management, research, and project tracking. The intern assists with construction documents, gas system modeling, pipeline inspection records, as-built drawings, easements, GIS coordination, Access databases, and Excel spreadsheets. The role requires an enrolled engineering student with strong analytical, mathematical, communication, organizational, teamwork, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Autodesk Civil 3D, CAD, GIS, and modeling software.

Supports natural gas engineering projects by preparing construction documents, assisting with hydraulic analysis and system design, conducting occasional field reviews, maintaining records, researching facility history, and updating Access databases and Excel spreadsheets.
