Serves as a strategic HR advisor to assigned leaders and business units. Coaches leaders on workforce planning, performance, engagement, retention, succession, organizational change, and employee lifecycle matters. Independently manages complex employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and separations. Partners with HR functions and Legal, uses workforce data to identify trends and risks, and ensures compliant, well-documented solutions and follow-through.

Provides functional analysis, configuration, implementation, production support, and solution design for SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, warehouse management, inventory, and HCM processes. Supports SAP S/4HANA integrations, enhancements, data migrations, testing, and deployments while partnering with business teams, vendors, system integrators, and managed services. Recommends automation and process improvements and serves as a trusted advisor across Operations, Warehouse, and IT.

Leads medium- to large-scale IT application projects from initiation through closure, including ERP implementations, integrations, data migrations, and custom development. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, quality, stakeholders, vendors, testing, cutover, change management, and executive reporting. Partners with business and technical teams on requirements, system enhancements, process improvement, and deployment while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
