Leads the design, development, and maintenance of production dbt models and transformation pipelines powering analytics and AI-ready datasets. Defines testing strategies, semantic layers, metrics, data governance, lineage, and quality standards. Investigates data issues, drives root-cause remediation, mentors junior Analytics Engineers, reviews code, directs contractors, and partners with data engineering, architecture, and AI/ML teams on platform standards and roadmaps.

Compile, validate, and analyze financial data to support monthly and annual regulatory filings and rate cases. Ensure transactions follow FERC USOA and GAAP, reconcile regulatory assets/liabilities, partner with Regulatory and Accounting teams, review analyst-prepared data, and support financial system implementations and regulatory reporting compliance.

Supports HR effectiveness through process optimization, workforce reporting, workflow coordination, and knowledge management. Documents and standardizes employee lifecycle processes, develops Excel, Power Query, and Power BI dashboards, validates workforce data, identifies process improvements, coordinates cross-functional HR workflows, and creates SOPs, toolkits, FAQs, and manager resources. The role also supports compliance, workforce planning, audits, and consistent HR practices while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
