Supervise engineering teams responsible for the design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and construction support of natural gas transmission and distribution systems. Oversee engineering drawings, specifications, bids, contractors, budgets, schedules, project risks, and regulatory compliance. Lead capital and maintenance planning, hydraulic modeling, asset planning, and field evaluations while coordinating with consultants, construction teams, regulators, developers, and internal departments.

Supervises engineering teams responsible for designing, permitting, and supporting construction of natural gas pipelines, distribution systems, and related facilities. Oversees engineering documents, contractor procurement, project budgets, schedules, regulatory coordination, and construction support. Manages asset planning, hydraulic modeling, system reliability initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, construction, procurement, consultants, contractors, and government officials. Coaches employees, administers department procedures and budgets, and ensures safe, compliant project execution.

Processes customer payments, reconciles bank accounts, manages accounts receivable adjustments and refunds, resolves payment and banking issues, prepares reports, supports audits, completes month-end closing, and ensures compliance with billing and collection regulations. The role also documents processes, researches issues, and coordinates with Customer Service, Credit Management, Treasury, and state agencies.
