Lead and manage front office operations including staff training, scheduling, budgets, guest issue resolution, cash handling, deposits, and maintaining brand and corporate service standards. Ensure staffing, cleanliness, and inter-department communication while covering shifts and coaching team members.

Manage front desk operations, staffing, budgets, guest satisfaction, and interdepartmental communication. Train and coach staff, handle guest complaints, perform front office tasks (invoicing, deposits, petty cash), enforce brand standards, and maintain public area and room inventory. Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Perform maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities and equipment, handle preventative maintenance and work orders, service pool systems, perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs, follow safety and franchise standards, respond to guest requests, assist audits and training, and support team operations to maintain high guest satisfaction.
