Perform maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities and equipment, handle preventative maintenance and work orders, service pool systems, perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs, follow safety and franchise standards, respond to guest requests, assist audits and training, and support team operations to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day front desk operations, staff training and scheduling, and inter-department communication. Enforce corporate and franchise brand standards, handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction, manage budgets/labor plans, and perform front-office tasks (invoices, deposits, petty cash, room inspections). Lead, coach, and cover shifts as needed to maintain service levels.
