Lead the end-to-end sales process for a retirement village, from initial enquiry through settlement. Achieve sales and settlement targets, develop sales plans, manage CRM data and forecasts, conduct community outreach, and build relationships with prospective residents and families. Coordinate resale, refurbishment, and move-in activities while collaborating with village leadership and care teams to support residents’ needs. Deliver a respectful, transparent, customer-focused experience.

Leads a seven-person People Services team, overseeing HR systems, shared-services support, onboarding, process improvement, system integrations, HR self-service, and people reporting. The role ensures accurate, efficient employee experiences across the lifecycle while driving change, developing team members, and partnering collaboratively across the organization.

Lead remuneration and reward strategy across New Zealand and Australia. Manage annual salary reviews, reward frameworks, benefits, STI and LTI programs, market benchmarking, governance, and compliance with Australian Modern Awards. Advise leaders and executives on complex employment arrangements, unions, collective bargaining, internal equity, and package design. Partner with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and senior leadership while guiding analytical and shared-services support.
