Provide technical expertise through the sales cycle for industrial pumps and rotating equipment: analyze requirements, prepare technical-commercial offers, support tendering and order execution, develop regional customer relationships, deliver presentations, and contribute to sales growth across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Support development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of engineering tools. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, participate in code reviews and troubleshooting, and document designs and workflows while gaining practical software development experience.

Supports comprehensive HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, compensation, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS administration, performance management, succession planning, immigration, compliance, engagement, and workforce initiatives. Advises managers, conducts investigations, maintains confidential records, audits HR data, coordinates with payroll and benefits providers, develops communications and training materials, and supports organizational projects. Regular travel to supported company sites is required.
