Perform machine shop operations to complete assigned workload on time and to standards. Maintain clean workspace, reduce waste, perform daily equipment maintenance, complete route cards and documentation, liaise with engineering/inspection/QESH, support continuous improvement (Lean/5S), follow safety and environmental procedures, assist production technicians, and participate in audits.

Operates and maintains CNC and manual machining equipment for complex cuts, threading, and precision production. Sets up tooling, programs offsets, reads blueprints, performs calculations, inspects finished parts, and maintains oil levels and clean work areas. Uses cranes, forklifts, torches, and grinders while following safety and ISO procedures. Completes assignments autonomously, maintains records, and may support junior operators.

Drive Sulzer's growth in aero-derivative gas turbine markets (Avon, Allison/501K) by developing new and existing customer relationships, managing sales funnel in Salesforce, supporting RFQ review and proposal development, providing technical and pricing analysis, and meeting annual order intake targets across field, shop, parts, leases, and engine replacements.
