Lead regional procurement strategy and governance for Services across Middle East & CIS. Align regional priorities with global SCM, drive supplier performance, cost savings, OTIF improvements, contract coverage and reduced TCO. Manage supplier selection, framework agreements, contract management, supplier development, digital procurement tools and stakeholder relationships to support service centres, projects and legal entities.

Repair, assemble/disassemble, test and maintain low- and high-voltage electrical rotating machinery (motors and generators). Perform rewinds, balancing and EX works (desirable), goods ordering, workshop planning, and onsite repairs. Follow QESH, corporate policies, LEAN initiatives, and support team operations with national/international travel as required.

Support project planning, execution and monitoring with commercial and analytical tasks: manage WIP, monthly invoicing, cost allocation, contract administration, purchase orders, export controls, VAT support, monthly reporting, RFC process, mobilization/utilization schedules, audits, and business improvement initiatives.
