Administers federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs for prospective and active students. Reviews FAFSA applications and documentation, verifies eligibility, maintains accurate student files, manages funding schedules, and provides entrance and exit counseling. Advises students and parents on financial aid requirements, rights, and responsibilities; answers inquiries; maintains regulatory knowledge; and collaborates with admissions and campus personnel.

Manages relationships between the nursing college and healthcare partners, including negotiating and renewing clinical agreements, maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance, resolving clinical site issues, supporting campus coordinators, tracking SLA metrics, and reporting partnership status to leadership. The role requires strong healthcare partnership, nursing education compliance, negotiation, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Oversee quality, compliance, and accreditation of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program; supervise and train instructors; teach assigned courses; manage curriculum, student orientation, progress reporting, and coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Placement, and Registrar to maintain high certification pass and placement rates.

Provide one-on-one career advising to students and graduates, generate employer leads, meet placement goals, maintain externship and employer relationships, assist with resumes/interviews, track placement and externship records, and coordinate with faculty and employers to support student employment outcomes.

Lead and manage multi-campus admissions teams to meet recruitment and enrollment targets. Train, coach, and evaluate Admissions Directors and Representatives; implement enrollment strategies, ensure compliance, monitor performance, and use Nexus/Signix/Velocify and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Provide instructional and technical support for anatomy, physiology, and microbiology labs: set up exercises, operate and sterilize equipment, maintain inventory and records, assist students and faculty, and keep lab areas clean and safe.

Assist the Dean of Nursing in administering the nursing program: develop and coordinate curriculum, policies, and records; supervise faculty and program operations; orient and train staff; advise and support students; teach part-time as needed; serve as acting dean when delegated.

Manage campus Career Services by providing one-on-one employment assistance, generating employer leads, developing externship opportunities, meeting placement goals, maintaining student and employer records, and conducting career workshops and events to support student placement and employer relationships.
