Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the Vocational Nursing program, including curriculum, faculty support, student orientation and counseling, record-keeping, and acting as instructor or interim director as needed.

Coordinate and maintain clinical sites and experiences for nursing students; schedule orientations; visit and evaluate clinical placements; address student concerns; order supplies; assist with instructional materials and serve as substitute instructor.

Coordinates and manages the nursing skills lab and simulation center: schedule and maintain equipment, develop and run simulation scenarios, train and support faculty and students, ensure safety and cleanliness, perform data analysis, maintain inventory, seek community partnerships/grants, and provide hands-on lab instruction and remediation to support clinical skill mastery and accreditation compliance.
