Oversees student financial aid and student account programs across campuses, ensuring timely, accurate award/ disbursement and compliance with federal and state regulations. Leads and trains financial aid staff, develops policies and procedures, produces required reports, supports student retention, and collaborates with leadership to meet financial aid goals.

Administer federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs for prospective and enrolled students. Review FAFSA/ISIR, verify documentation, maintain funding schedules in CLASS, provide entrance/exit counseling, advise students/parents on aid requirements, ensure accurate files and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with admissions and campus staff.

Support daily operations and compliance of the Financial Aid Department, overseeing awarding, disbursement, reconciliation, reporting, audits, and staff supervision. Provide training, counsel students and families, collaborate with campus departments to support enrollment and retention, and assist with policy development and regulatory updates to ensure Title IV and institutional compliance.
