Ship end-to-end features (literature ingestion, gap identification, assay optimisation), stand up data capture infrastructure, and grow the intelligence team while coordinating with biology and operational engineering.

Lead and build an end-to-end functional genomics vertical: scope and validate screening workflows (cell line engineering, perturbation libraries, pooled and single-cell sequencing), hire and manage scientists and technicians, co-design automation-ready protocols with engineering, and collaborate with foundation model partners to produce structured datasets for model training. Own quality thresholds, validation, customer engagements, and roadmap execution during manual, instrumented, and autonomous phases.
