Gather requirements, define business rules and acceptance criteria, lead testing and launches, train users, support Jira integrations, and coordinate distributed technical and business stakeholders. The role also provides ongoing product management, change management, and cross-functional leadership.

Manages enterprise IT projects and business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process improvement, project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, data analysis, system implementation, and delivery monitoring. Leads cross-functional teams, manages competing priorities, develops reports and process models, ensures solutions meet business needs, and provides guidance to junior staff.
