HCL Digital & Analytics practice has an immediate full-time employment opportunity for a Proxy Product Owner in Richmond, VA. This role will funtion remotely until Covid restrictions are lifted.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the business requirements are clearly articulated and understood by the whole team (PO/UX/Design /Developer/Tester/Solution Designer/Scrum Master).
- Understand story dependencies across Product Teams and have on-going dialogue with the other Product Team BAs.
- Work alongside the Product Owner to continually redefine and groom the product backlog and ensure there are enough stories play ready for the next sprint.
- Maintain product team artefacts and documentation to ensure rapid on-going deliveries and to support other teams understanding of the domain.
- Support the scrum team throughout the sprints during show and tell at the end of sprints.
Qualifications
- 4+ years as product owner, business process analyst.
- 3 years building software capabilities to support sales, service, or other customer relationship management function.
- 2 years working in an Agile environment, preferably SCRUM
- Healthcare insurance experience required
- Strong knowledge of managing product build teams
- Demonstrated experience of delivering similar engagements
