Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting through closing, with CISOs and security engineering leaders. Partner with founders to develop positioning, pricing, and go-to-market processes. Lead technical evaluations, communicate Strix’s autonomous AI penetration testing value, build repeatable sales motions, and establish the foundation for a future revenue organization.

Own Strix’s vertical go-to-market and account-based marketing strategy across priority industries. Build repeatable industry playbooks, targeted ABM campaigns, vertical messaging, demand content, and customer-proof assets. Manage the customer value lifecycle from acquisition through expansion, track pipeline by vertical and channel, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and founders. The role requires translating complex AI and security products into business outcomes and building scalable revenue motions.

Own Strix’s growth strategy, experiments, channels, and funnel performance. Build the company’s voice through security-community content, launches, open source, events, and developer marketing. Partner with founders on positioning and go-to-market strategy, generate pipeline from scratch, and establish the foundation for a future growth organization.

Own top-of-funnel sales development for a technical AI security product. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying champions, running multichannel outbound campaigns, qualifying inbound leads, booking meetings, maintaining accurate CRM data, and reporting on performance. The role partners with founders and marketing to develop outbound playbooks, campaigns, events, and ABM programs while engaging technical buyers such as CISOs, security engineers, and engineering leaders.

Owns user-facing product surfaces end-to-end, including dashboards for triaging AI-discovered vulnerabilities and integrations with GitHub, CI/CD, and messaging tools. The role involves designing, building, launching, and iterating on full-stack web features while maintaining high standards for UX, performance, polish, and reliability. Security experience is beneficial but not required.

Conduct offensive security research across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and open-source software. Develop and exploit vulnerabilities, translate offensive techniques into AI agent behaviors and playbooks, create vulnerable environments and benchmarks, and analyze findings to reduce false positives. The role requires hands-on penetration testing, red teaming, bug bounty, or vulnerability research experience, strong web security knowledge, and Python or similar programming skills.

Own Strix’s developer relations and open-source experience through technical documentation, demos, deep-dive content, conference talks, vulnerability writeups, videos, livestreams, and CTF challenges. Gather developer feedback, collaborate with engineering to improve the product, and establish the company’s DevRel program. The role requires hands-on Python or TypeScript development, offensive-security knowledge, and a public portfolio of technical work.

Deploy and operate Strix’s autonomous penetration-testing platform in customer environments, validate and triage vulnerabilities, communicate security impact to technical and executive audiences, advise customers, and provide field feedback to improve the product and AI agents.
