Engineering interns support analysis, testing, consulting, data collection, technical calculations, field work, inspections, and engineering evaluations. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare technical reports and presentations, apply engineering principles to client challenges, and present project results to leadership. The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to aerospace, energy, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, and emerging technology projects.

Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, networks, endpoints, and virtual servers. Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, manage patching, backups, deployments, and security controls. Develop PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows, support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, document procedures, and contribute to infrastructure and technology improvement projects.

Perform fitness-for-service assessments (API 579 Levels 1–3), stress analysis and mechanical design for pressure vessels, piping, and plant equipment. Integrate computational and classical analysis with field instrumentation, conduct onsite investigations, prepare technical reports/proposals, mentor junior engineers, engage with industry code committees, and develop business opportunities in energy and related sectors.

Perform advanced mechanical and structural analyses using linear and nonlinear finite element methods (ABAQUS). Work on failure analysis, structural integrity and fitness-for-service assessments as part of multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, communicate findings, and support clients across energy, aerospace, and industrial sectors.

Plan and execute custom mechanical tests in an industrial lab: design fixtures and methods, instrument hardware, collect and analyze high-quality data, interpret results, and produce concise technical reports. Work hands-on with electro-mechanical systems and sensors, manage risk and safety, and communicate findings to clients and teammates. May lead projects and mentor others.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to design, verify, and commercialize Class I-III medical devices, surgical and drug-delivery products. Provide technical leadership, risk management (ISO 14971), design controls, human factors, verification/validation, DFM/DFA, prototyping, testing, and regulatory support. Mentor engineers, advise clients, and support business development across highly regulated product development lifecycles.
