Performs structural, thermal, multiphysics, fatigue, creep, failure, and fitness-for-service analyses using Abaqus, Ansys, and LS-DYNA. Automates workflows with Python and MATLAB and develops solver subroutines in Fortran or C. Supports product development, pressure equipment assessments, field investigations, client communications, and project delivery.

Plans, designs, executes, and documents mechanical and electromechanical tests in industrial laboratory environments. Develops fixtures, methods, instrumentation, and test procedures; collects and analyzes experimental data; validates measurement methods; evaluates materials and system performance; and communicates findings through technical reports and presentations. The role may also involve client interaction, project leadership, troubleshooting, mentoring, and work across aerospace, transportation, energy, industrial, and other safety-critical applications.

Develops and executes thought leadership, content, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies for Energy, Medical Devices, and Consumer Products. Writes and pitches technical content, manages industry partnerships and conference participation, launches campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365, applies AI marketing tools, and designs collateral in Adobe Illustrator. Partners with business leadership to drive market presence, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.

Plans and executes custom mechanical tests in an industrial laboratory environment. Designs fixtures and test methods, instruments electro-mechanical systems, operates data acquisition and test control systems, monitors live data, analyzes results, and prepares technical reports. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, safety awareness, client communication, and collaboration with engineers and technicians. Preferred experience includes regulated industries, reliability statistics, medical device regulations, FMEA, finite element analysis, and test method validation.

Engineering interns support analysis, testing, consulting, data collection, technical calculations, field work, inspections, and engineering evaluations. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare technical reports and presentations, apply engineering principles to client challenges, and present project results to leadership. The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to aerospace, energy, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, and emerging technology projects.

Perform fitness-for-service assessments (API 579 Levels 1–3), stress analysis and mechanical design for pressure vessels, piping, and plant equipment. Integrate computational and classical analysis with field instrumentation, conduct onsite investigations, prepare technical reports/proposals, mentor junior engineers, engage with industry code committees, and develop business opportunities in energy and related sectors.

Plan and execute custom battery tests in an industrial lab: design fixtures, instrument hardware, collect and analyze high-quality data, interpret results, and produce clear technical reports. Work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, and chemical systems, manage safety and risk, and collaborate with clients and teammates. May lead projects and guide technicians depending on experience.
