Lead multidisciplinary teams to design, verify, and commercialize Class I-III medical devices, surgical and drug-delivery products. Provide technical leadership, risk management (ISO 14971), design controls, human factors, verification/validation, DFM/DFA, prototyping, testing, and regulatory support. Mentor engineers, advise clients, and support business development across highly regulated product development lifecycles.

Perform advanced mechanical and structural analyses using linear and nonlinear finite element methods (ABAQUS). Perform fitness-for-service assessments (API 579 Levels 1–3), stress analysis and mechanical design for pressure vessels, piping, and plant equipment. Integrate computational and classical analysis with field instrumentation, conduct onsite investigations, prepare technical reports/proposals, mentor junior engineers, engage with industry code committees, and develop business opportunities in energy and related sectors.
