Responsibilities include construction invoice review, project funding and draws, budget tracking, journal entries, reconciliations, capitalization analyses, capitalized interest calculations, financial statements, audits, lender reviews, and variance analysis. The role partners with Investments, Development, Construction, Treasury, Asset Management, and Corporate Accounting teams to support project decision-making and financial oversight.
