The Corporate Staff Accountant will support month-end close activities, prepare and review journal entries, perform account reconciliations and financial analysis, and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting. The role also supports accounting system maintenance and process improvements, internal and external audits, and issue resolution. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least two years of accounting experience, strong analytical attention to detail, and knowledge of US GAAP. CPA certification or candidacy is preferred.

Manages accounts receivable for data center properties, including tenant billing, rent statements, collections, cash application, lease audits, reconciliations, utility recoveries, and audit support. Reviews lease terms, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains billing and property management systems, prepares financial reporting, and supports budgeting, forecasting, close activities, and asset management initiatives. The role requires strong commercial real estate accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Leads mechanical system design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and production while managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, mentors engineers and technicians, conducts design reviews, troubleshoots failures, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards. Drives process improvements and serves as a key technical liaison with customers, stakeholders, operations, product management, and quality assurance.

Leads community engagement for data center development projects across their full lifecycle. Builds relationships with civic and community stakeholders, develops engagement strategies, coordinates public meetings, tracks sentiment and issues, shapes community benefit programs, manages agencies and budgets, and coordinates cross-functional responses to community, political, and reputational risks. Requires strong public communication, stakeholder management, project planning, and facilitation skills, with travel throughout assigned markets.

Builds relationships with civic leaders, residents, agencies, and community organizations; develops stakeholder and engagement strategies; coordinates public meetings and outreach; tracks sentiment, issues, commitments, and responses; manages community benefit initiatives, budgets, agencies, and project plans; and coordinates with development, construction, operations, legal, and communications teams to mitigate community and reputational risks.
