Serve as the onsite mechanical expert for campus data center systems, leading maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, QA/QC, training, vendor management, and project oversight to ensure continuous operation and compliance with best practices.

Support accounts receivable, treasury, and expense management for multi-entity data center operations. Prepare invoices, apply cash receipts, reconcile AR to the GL, initiate wires/ACH, manage banking documentation, administer Concur and corporate card programs, review expense reports, assist month-end close, and support audits while collaborating with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement.

Onsite IT SME providing hands-on support for IT, networking, and physical security during construction and steady-state operations. Responsibilities include asset management, hardware procurement, network configuration, server and application installation, on-call incident response, documentation, vendor coordination, and assisting with BMS and communication alarms. Requires collaboration with remote engineering teams and participation in a 24/7 responder rotation.
