Coordinate client activities, projects, meetings, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across an insurance and sustainability program. Support process improvement, workflow documentation, budgeting, invoicing, reporting, data analysis, and operational automation initiatives. Maintain program documentation, prepare presentations and management reports, and liaise with clients, insurers, brokers, service providers, finance teams, and technology partners.

Manage financial and regulatory accounting for a portfolio of captive insurance clients. Prepare journal entries, financial statements, NAIC and statutory reports, premium and excise tax returns, and board materials. Support audits, regulatory examinations, and client communications, while mentoring junior staff and expanding responsibilities on more complex accounts.

Coordinates client account activities, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits, actuarial analyses, insurance renewals, investment accounting, tax compliance, governance, and internal controls. Reviews financial statements and regulatory reports, prepares statutory statements and NAIC filings, trains junior staff, supports board meetings, and communicates with service providers, auditors, and regulators.
