Manage complex software development projects within the Data Science team, utilizing Agile methodologies, communication skills, and technical understanding to meet project objectives.

Provide administrative and client-service support to account managers for captive insurance clients. Assist with regulatory filings, client reports, corporate documentation, and office operations. Support preparation of board materials and attend client meetings to gain exposure toward advancing to an Account Manager role.

Manage financial and regulatory accounting for a portfolio of captive insurance clients. Prepare journal entries, financial statements, NAIC and statutory reports, premium and excise tax returns, and board materials. Support audits, regulatory examinations, and client communications, while mentoring junior staff and expanding responsibilities on more complex accounts.
