Manage the full contract lifecycle, including reviewing and preparing NDAs, teaming agreements, prime contracts, subcontracts, joint venture packages, and related submissions. Ensure compliance with FAR, SBA, HUBZone, subcontracting, reporting, and regulatory requirements. Maintain subcontractor databases, support vetting and approval, monitor contract obligations and deadlines, and prepare required reports such as Limitations on Subcontracting, Service Contract, and FFATA reports. This is a fully remote, part-time 1099 consulting role.

Designs, deploys, operates, and troubleshoots enterprise data center and campus networks across statewide operations. Responsibilities include Cisco ACI and SDA fabric engineering, identity-based access with Cisco ISE, Palo Alto firewall administration, observability using ThousandEyes, Cyber Vision, and DNA Spaces, and L2/L3 network support. The engineer also develops architecture documentation, runbooks, standards, and modernization plans while integrating networking with OpenShift, Cilium, and virtualization platforms.

Lead the planning, execution, and assessment of major joint and combatant command cyber exercises. Develop strategic, operational, and tactical objectives, scenarios, MSEL injects, TTPs, and CONOPS. Coordinate cyber exercise stakeholders, manage working groups, analyze exercise outcomes, and brief executive-level military leadership. The role requires extensive CCMD headquarters and staff action officer experience, deep knowledge of joint operational and crisis planning, expertise in cyberspace operations, an active TS/SCI or qualifying Top Secret clearance, and travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Direct the Contracts, Procurement/Sourcing, Certifications, and Risk & Compliance division. Manage contractors, intake queues, service commitments, client escalations, engagements, governance, certifications, accreditations, and government-contract compliance. Maintain policies, monitor operational and risk metrics, coordinate with Legal and the President, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all functions.

Own day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of client accounts, lead status calls, track deliverables, coordinate contractors, manage escalations, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role also supports account strategy, renewals, and closing while translating client needs into appropriate scopes and deliverables. It requires government contracting experience, strong organization, communication, project coordination, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams remotely.

Support NAVAIR F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team by planning, executing, and overseeing complex engineering and logistics projects. Develop specifications, schedules, tests, status reports, and staffing plans; coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve issues, and ensure projects meet performance, budget, and timeline targets while serving as primary liaison to stakeholders.

Administers and architects virtual desktop infrastructure, including virtual machines, desktop templates, host pools, hypervisors, server hardware, backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, performance tuning, security, patching, upgrades, and complex incident resolution. Supports VMware, Citrix, or Microsoft virtualization environments while maintaining VDI availability, capacity, and user connectivity.

Designs, implements, administers, and supports VDI infrastructure, including virtual machines, desktop templates, host pools, hypervisors, server resources, backups, disaster recovery, security, patching, upgrades, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning. Provides expert-level support for complex virtual desktop incidents and maintains system health, availability, and performance.

Provide configuration management support for the F-35/JPO program, including configuration identification, control, audit, status tracking, change evaluations, and guidance across development, production, support, and fleet operations. Evaluate engineering and manufacturing change documents and ensure compliance with DoD CM policies.

Designs, configures, and maintains enterprise and classified networks (SIPR/NIPR/JWICS); implements DISA STIGs; manages routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Cisco ISE; supports RMF and cross-domain solutions; mentors NOC staff and collaborates with ISSOs on risk and compliance.
