Oversee the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program for a federal construction project in Brooklyn, implementing the CQC plan per FAR 52.246-12. Conduct Three-Phase and daily inspections, coordinate testing and special inspections, manage documentation, issue corrective actions, verify resolutions, and interface with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and government representatives.

Designs, configures, and maintains enterprise and classified networks (SIPR/NIPR/JWICS); implements DISA STIGs; manages routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Cisco ISE; supports RMF and cross-domain solutions; mentors NOC staff and collaborates with ISSOs on risk and compliance.

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable voice and video communication solutions. Provide technical leadership, integrate unified communications with network infrastructure, monitor performance, troubleshoot equipment, develop architecture and documentation, recommend new technologies, support deployments, and mentor team members under DoDIN Operations direction.
