Serves as an outsourced CISO for multiple clients while leading SGP’s internal cybersecurity and compliance program. Responsibilities include NIST, CMMC, and ISO 27001 alignment; security assessments; risk reviews; SSPs, POA&Ms, audits, incident response, vulnerability management, executive reporting, security training, and compliance monitoring. The role also manages assessment partners, subcontracted vCISOs, client proposals, scalable GRC methodologies, and security reviews for business initiatives.

Install and terminate copper (up to CAT6A) and SM/MM fiber, mount displays/video walls, install AV/IT racks and projectors, test and record cabling, travel to Colorado Springs sites, maintain gov-site compliance, and pass background/DMV checks. Requires AV and BICSI certifications and security clearance.

Supervise on-site quality control and day-to-day subcontractor activities to ensure contract, safety, schedule, and budget compliance. Coordinate with Project Manager, vendors, and government officials, prepare daily logs and reports, manage change orders and payments, conduct CQC and safety meetings, enforce OSHA standards, and support permitting and inspections to deliver commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
