Manage full sales cycle, ensure procurement compliance, build executive relationships, drive cross-sell/upsell, maintain account plans and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver public‑sector digital transformation outcomes.

Lead functional analysis and solution design for Microsoft D365 Business Central implementations. Gather requirements, run workshops, produce functional specs, manage client communications, mentor junior staff, oversee task lifecycles and budgets, and coordinate with support and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Support and maintain SharePoint on-premises farms, manage underlying servers/databases, optimize configurations, enforce security/compliance, automate with PowerShell, collaborate with developers and DevOps to deploy solutions, and design end-to-end SharePoint collaboration platforms.
