Leads the strategic oversight and long-term performance of STORE Capital’s net-lease portfolio. Advises the CEO, executive team, and Board on portfolio performance, risks, distressed investments, dispositions, and optimization. Oversees restructurings, lease strategies, customer relationships, analytics, and cross-functional investment decisions. Builds and develops the Portfolio Management team while representing the function to investors, lenders, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.

Manage and analyze financial health of a subset of STORE Capital's net-lease portfolio. Perform tenant credit analysis, valuation modeling, underwriting, and prepare reports and presentations. Create and implement action plans for distressed leases, negotiate resolutions, support leasing/sales of vacant assets, and present portfolio performance to leadership.

Support portfolio management of a $16B net-lease portfolio by analyzing tenant and property financials, assessing credit risk, preparing committee memoranda and reports, collaborating with acquisitions/underwriting/real estate/accounting, engaging customers for financial data, and assisting on ad hoc initiatives to optimize portfolio performance.
