Manage and analyze the financial health of a subset of STORE Capital's net-lease portfolio. Perform corporate credit analysis, valuation modeling, underwriting, and portfolio-level reporting. Develop and implement workout and resolution plans for distressed leases, negotiate with tenants/guarantors, and support leasing/sales for vacant assets. Prepare credit memoranda and present portfolio performance to executive leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive portfolio performance and recovery actions.

Support portfolio management of a $16B net-lease portfolio by analyzing tenant and property financials, assessing credit risk, preparing committee memoranda and reports, collaborating with acquisitions/underwriting/real estate/accounting, engaging customers for financial data, and assisting on ad hoc initiatives to optimize portfolio performance.

Lead CRM and data systems optimization, translate business requirements into technical solutions, develop dashboards and datasets, improve data governance and workflows, support analytics and modeling for acquisitions, underwriting, portfolio management, and recoveries, and coordinate cross-functional and vendor delivery.
