Drive B2B distributor and channel sales for Stockarea’s trade portal across Kolkata and West Bengal. Responsibilities include acquiring and onboarding distributors, super stockists, wholesalers, and dealers; expanding territory and category coverage; activating partners; conducting field visits and presentations; gathering market intelligence; managing sales pipelines; and coordinating internal teams. The role focuses on battery and electronics markets and requires extensive regional travel, relationship-building, negotiation, and distributor network development.

Serve as Stockarea’s first dedicated legal hire, handling commercial contract drafting and negotiation, warehouse leases, vendor agreements, disputes, recoveries, regulatory and labour-law compliance, GST and data privacy advisory, corporate records, fundraising support, and operational legal guidance across a multi-city logistics business.

Manages warehouse infrastructure, 3PL partner selection, vendor relationships, supplier negotiations, procurement, construction and equipment installation. Oversees warehouse layouts, operational quality, cost and delivery benchmarks, vendor audits, risk assessments, and cost-saving initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional teams to align sourcing and infrastructure plans with business objectives.
