Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement for warehouse operations, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, operations, inventory, and finance teams to fulfill procurement requirements.
  • Track supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Analyze procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
  • Prepare procurement reports and support strategic sourcing initiatives


Requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or 3PL operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
  • Good vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Language Skills: Hindi (Mandatory) and English.

Qualification: 
1. MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Procurement.
2. Bachelor's degree with relevant procurement experience will also be considered.
