Administers CDL skills and knowledge tests in compliance with state and federal regulations. Evaluates students fairly, maintains accurate testing records, provides constructive feedback, reports safety or compliance concerns, and supports improvements to CDL training curricula using test performance data. The role is on-site in Dallas, Texas, and requires a valid Class A CDL and certified third-party CDL examiner credentials.

Advises and coaches independent contractors on business best practices, financial planning, settlement management, revenue growth, expense control, and retention. Provides settlement projections, scanning guidance, and advocacy within the company while delivering customer-focused support, accurate reporting, and relationship management.

Paid college internships are available across transportation-company departments, including reporting, special projects, departmental support, and pre-management training. Interns will support departmental activities and may gain experience in transportation and logistics operations.

Participate in a 14-week rotational training program across customer success, driver management, transportation planning, and safety compliance. Learn operational systems including AS400, transportation workflows, fleet utilization, load planning, driver compliance, and exception handling. Complete classroom instruction, hands-on training, role-play, job shadowing, knowledge checkpoints, and competency validations while meeting safety, performance, and professionalism standards. Successful graduates may be placed in permanent frontline transportation and fleet operations roles.

Leads and develops customer success and account management teams serving key logistics accounts. Oversees shipment booking, tracking, tracing, service delivery, SLA and KPI performance, escalations, reporting, and customer communications. Partners with operations, sales, and logistics teams to resolve issues, improve reliability, and allocate resources. Builds executive-level relationships, identifies account growth opportunities, manages complex freight portfolios, and coaches employees on performance and professional development.

Supervise fleet safety for long-haul drivers by providing training, coaching, incident remediation, compliance guidance, and risk management. Review accidents, violations, complaints, braking events, and tickets; identify trends and intervene with drivers. Answer FMCSR and CSA questions, coordinate drug and alcohol screenings, provide weather updates, and complete regular and ad hoc reporting.

Processes and manages accounts receivable payments, including invoicing, collections, remittance processing, deposits, payment posting, invoice matching, discrepancy research, and period-end close support. Maintains accurate financial records and control reports while resolving delinquency issues and handling account-related projects. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in an on-site corporate environment.

Supervise and coach a fleet of long-haul drivers to reduce risk and ensure DOT/FMCSR compliance. Investigate accidents and violations, provide remedial coaching, set up drug and alcohol screenings, deliver policy and weather updates, and produce regular and ad-hoc safety reports.

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned national logistics customers to ensure truckload coverage, grow and retain business, balance capacity with internal teams, solicit freight to reduce empty miles, track shipments, resolve service issues, monitor KPIs, review EDI data, and manage bookings, billing, and carrier performance to meet service obligations.

Monitor customer bidding platforms, prepare competitive spot quotes, analyze market and historical pricing data, collaborate with Sales and Operations, manage live quoting systems, and track pricing performance to optimize TL brokerage revenue.
