Coordinates dedicated fleet logistics, including load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch, TMS data entry, maintenance scheduling, invoicing support, KPI reporting, payroll assistance, expense auditing, and driver compliance. Works with internal teams, customers, drivers, and safety personnel to resolve service issues and maintain operational performance. Requires logistics or transportation experience, Excel reporting proficiency, knowledge of DOT regulations, and familiarity with AS400 preferred.

Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, meetings, events, expenses, budgets, documentation, and action items. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, maintains confidentiality and audit-ready records, supports compliance, and uses AI tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Office technologies to improve operational efficiency and generate executive insights.

Develop and maintain RPG ILE applications on the AS/400 platform. Responsibilities include designing and coding integrations, testing, troubleshooting defects, creating documentation, participating in code reviews and migrations, and managing concurrent development tasks. The role collaborates with developers and IT leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
