Serve as the single point of contact for assigned national logistics customers to ensure truckload coverage, grow and retain business, balance capacity with internal teams, solicit freight to reduce empty miles, track shipments, resolve service issues, monitor KPIs, review EDI data, and manage bookings, billing, and carrier performance to meet service obligations.

Lead design, build, and optimization of the enterprise data warehouse and production data pipelines. Own platform architecture, integrate legacy systems (AS400), support Power BI semantic models (DAX), implement monitoring, CI/CD and governance, and mentor engineers to transition from consultant-run platforms to an internally managed, scalable data ecosystem.

Monitor customer bidding platforms, prepare competitive spot quotes, analyze market and historical pricing data, collaborate with Sales and Operations, manage live quoting systems, and track pricing performance to optimize TL brokerage revenue.
