Inspect and test new and existing multifamily buildings to verify sustainability measures, support certifications (ENERGY STAR, Passive House, LEED), review drawings and specs, prepare documentation and analyses, communicate building science to project teams, and research emerging sustainability technologies.

Senior-level energy engineer responsible for commissioning, retro-commissioning, and decarbonization studies for multifamily, commercial, and institutional buildings.
