Lead SWA's HR function for ~110 employees, partnering with leadership on HR strategy, culture, talent acquisition, performance, compensation, benefits, compliance, payroll/HRIS, and immigration. Manage and mentor HR and TA managers, oversee vendor relationships and annual reporting, resolve employee relations issues, and drive a people-first, inclusive workplace while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient HR operations.

Perform commissioning, energy assessments, audits, building retuning, HVAC testing, and retrofit implementation. Conduct energy and performance analysis, documentation, project management, client communication, training, and research to improve building efficiency and decarbonization.

Lead commissioning, retro-commissioning, and decarbonization assessments for multifamily, commercial, and institutional buildings. Perform field inspections and functional testing of HVAC/MEP systems, develop retrofit and electrification solutions, produce technical reports, train junior staff, and support project delivery and stakeholder coordination to reduce energy use and carbon emissions.

Lead commissioning, energy auditing, and retro-commissioning projects for new and existing buildings. Review construction documents and code, develop test plans, inspect MEP/HVAC installations, manage small projects and financials, coordinate with owners and contractors, assist with proposals, and train junior staff.

Perform field inspections and testing of new and existing multifamily buildings, review drawings and specs, prepare documentation and analyses for certifications (ENERGY STAR, Passive House, LEED), advise project teams on building science and sustainability measures, and research emerging technologies and policies.

Senior engineer leading commissioning, retro-commissioning, and decarbonization projects for multifamily, commercial, and institutional buildings. Conducts energy audits, feasibility studies, field testing of MEP/HVAC systems, recommends electrification and heat-pump retrofits, supports technical reporting, and mentors junior staff.
