Coordinates Norwalk office operations, facilities logistics, supplies, vendors, and administrative workflows. Manages contract intake, revisions, signatures, W-9s, certificates of insurance, compliance tracking, document repositories, renewals, and stakeholder communications. Supports quality control procedures and special projects that improve administrative efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite role with occasional local travel to the New York office.

Performs building commissioning, energy assessments, audits, retro-commissioning, HVAC testing, energy analysis, and performance documentation. The role supports building efficiency and decarbonization projects, technical training, research, project management, client communication, and business development. Frequent local field visits and occasional overnight travel are required, along with driving, construction-site work, and lifting equipment.

Inspects and tests residential and multifamily buildings, reviews construction documents, and guides project teams toward ENERGY STAR, Passive House, Enterprise Green Communities, and LEED certifications. The role prepares certification documentation, calculations, and analyses; researches sustainability programs and policies; and applies building science principles to improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and water performance. Frequent construction-site work, local travel, drawing review, and client communication are required.

Inspect and test new and existing multifamily buildings to verify sustainability measures, support certifications (ENERGY STAR, Passive House, LEED), review drawings and specs, prepare documentation and analyses, communicate building science to project teams, and research emerging sustainability technologies.
