Lead commissioning, energy, and decarbonization projects for commercial and multifamily buildings. Responsibilities include project scoping, proposals, budgets, staffing, client communication, design and submittal reviews, construction observations, functional performance testing, existing-building evaluations, technical reporting, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires frequent Boston-area field visits, construction-site work, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Coordinate and manage proposal responses and business development efforts for AEC projects: track opportunities, maintain CRM records, develop and edit proposal content and templates, coordinate teams and schedules, monitor RFP sources, support award submissions and marketing materials, and identify process improvements.

Inspect and test new and existing multifamily buildings to verify sustainability measures, support certifications (ENERGY STAR, Passive House, LEED), review drawings and specs, prepare documentation and analyses, communicate building science to project teams, and research emerging sustainability technologies.
