Manages customer purchase orders, sales order entry, order tracking, shipment coordination, returns, billing accuracy, customer records, and delivery commitments. Works with sales, finance, supply chain, production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies, maintain ERP data, process EDI orders, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with company and ISO requirements.

Provides field reliability engineering services for industrial clients, including vibration data collection and analysis, rotating equipment inspections, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, mechanical repairs, root cause analysis, and asset health reporting. Uses Emerson reliability technologies and related diagnostic tools to identify equipment faults, improve uptime, and recommend corrective actions. The role also supports commissioning, customer presentations, business development, and travels up to 50% throughout New England and New York.

Implement and support Syncade MES solutions, including system installations, migrations, interfaces, configurations, bug fixes, testing, reporting, and lifecycle management. Develop scripts, functions, interfaces, and reports using VBS, C#, XSLT, SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports. Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, clients, and stakeholders to deliver manufacturing technology solutions, improve system functionality, and maintain quality across life sciences manufacturing operations.
