Supports industrial automation and instrumentation projects by designing control panels and electrical systems, updating drawings, performing testing, loop checks, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting PLC/DCS systems. Assists with customer site visits, installation reviews, estimates, documentation, and project completion. The role requires learning electrical and process-control systems, following safety and quality standards, and traveling 30–75% to customer sites.

Manages and grows customer accounts, develops new business, leads sales-cycle activities, and drives revenue growth. Responsibilities include account planning, prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposals, negotiation, forecasting, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination through implementation. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, organization, technical aptitude, and customer-focused problem solving. Travel may be required locally or regionally up to 50% of the time.

Leads Ignition SCADA back-end architecture, gateway redundancy, SQL databases, tag historians, PLC and OPC connectivity, and enterprise integrations. Designs scalable interfaces with LIMS, ERP, and QMS systems; establishes security, data integrity, and integration standards. Manages projects, reviews technical deliverables, supports commissioning, mentors engineers, and provides lifecycle support for deployed systems. Requires significant travel locally and substantial on-site presence.
