Own university data integrations from source discovery through validated, signed-off feeds. Build SQL queries and scheduled extracts, model data, support partner upgrades and migrations, translate institutional policies into accurate data feeds, and improve monitoring, documentation, and reusable integration patterns. The Progress Lead will oversee the Degree Progress product, focusing on systems' correctness and scalability, algorithm integration, and testing frameworks to ensure reliability in the student experience.

Lead the Plan team responsible for degree planning, pathways, scheduling, and registration. Own technical direction, ensure reliability and performance during peak registration, design systems for concurrency and scale, define testing strategies for high-load scenarios, and mentor engineers to drive code quality and engineering best practices while evolving the product toward career-focused planning.

Lead technical, persona-driven demos and proof-of-value for higher-education prospects; own integrations and technical conversations with IT and InfoSec; develop competitive strategy and battle cards; partner with AEs on MEDDICC, handoffs, and product feedback; support expansion and ensure pre-sales commitments are deliverable post-sale.

Lead technical development of Stellic's new Explore product, designing multi-tenant architecture, building APIs and abstractions, guiding engineering best practices, and shipping 0->1 and 1->10 features while balancing rapid iteration with long-term system scalability and reliability.
