Lead design and implementation of scalable backend architectures and clean APIs, optimize databases and queries for large datasets, introduce abstractions to improve performance and reliability, define testing and CI/CD strategies, mentor engineers, and align engineering priorities with product goals.

Lead end-to-end feature delivery, ensure code quality and testing standards, collaborate with Product and Design, mentor junior engineers, and drive engineering initiatives to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
