The role collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, fabrication teams, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

The Application Engineer will analyze project weather profiles, design thermal performance models, assess financial impacts, and support business development through technical writing and presentations.

Manages engineering design projects, product development, contract reviews, schedules, budgets, resources, design reviews, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and compliance with specifications, codes, standards, and quality requirements. Leads communication among customers, engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and project teams while overseeing design gates, engineering deliverables, BOM alignment, KPIs, and continuous product improvement.

Designs and implements automation and control systems for cooling, CHP, and mission-critical plants. Responsibilities include PLC and HMI programming, controls component selection, network configuration, testing, commissioning, technical documentation, coordination with engineering and fabrication teams, customer training, and support for proposals. The role requires collaboration across disciplines and up to 30% travel to fabrication shops and customer job sites.

Designs modular cooling and power plant systems from specification through production. Performs mechanical calculations, equipment selection, design reviews, and prepares engineering deliverables, specifications, diagrams, procedures, and reports. Coordinates with clients, vendors, fabrication, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines. Provides technical support for bids, proposals, manufacturing, testing, subcontractor evaluation, and field or factory supervision. The role is full-time and onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, or Fort Worth, Texas, with approximately 20% travel.

Fabricates, fits, cuts, prepares, and tacks insulated metal panels, flashing, and structural steel components using drawings and specified tolerances. Performs measurements, alignment, rigging, welding preparation, quality documentation, and safety checks. Operates cranes and forklifts, directs helpers, supports audits, and completes daily assignments in a fabrication facility and occasional construction-site environments.

Produce technical drawings and 3D models for electrical and controls systems for modular cooling plants. Coordinate with engineers and designers, prepare schematics, I/O and loop diagrams, bills of materials, support procurement, manufacturing, testing and commissioning, and provide technical bid support.

Coordinates and maintains employee training programs and records within a manufacturing facility. Develops electrical, operations, safety, and policy curricula; creates manuals, assessments, exercises, and practicums; delivers classroom and varied-format training; and trains management on initiatives. Observes operations to identify training needs, tracks completion and retraining requirements, supports skilled-trades development, and participates in ISO 9001 and other audits.

Install, align, and assemble large industrial piping systems and mechanical equipment; read blueprints; perform hydrostatic testing (150psi); operate cranes/forklifts; install valves, pumps, chillers, supports; document quality and prepare for ISO 9001 audits; supervise helpers and follow safety/OSHA requirements.

Designs and implements PLC, HMI, networking, and control systems for automated cooling, CHP, and mission-critical plants. Responsibilities include component selection, functional specifications, application programming, system testing, commissioning, technical coordination, customer support, and training. The role also directs controls designer workloads and supports sales proposals. It is Jacksonville-based, non-remote, and requires approximately 20% travel to fabrication facilities and customer job sites.

Provide quality support across design, procurement, manufacturing, and test activities. Establish inspection programs, perform and coordinate inspections and testing, support supplier evaluation, maintain ISO 9001 QMS compliance, coordinate internal audits, and lead root-cause corrective actions to ensure fabricated modules meet project delivery and quality requirements.

Support engineering project planning and execution for cooling system/product designs. Coordinate design reviews, manage engineering resources and schedules, track BOMs, oversee vendor submittals, assist cost and compliance activities, and participate in ISO audits to ensure projects meet specs, timelines, and budgets.

Install, cut, prep, fit and tack insulated metal panels (IMP) per blueprints and job specifications. Perform welding, brazing, rigging, operate cranes/forklifts, ensure plumb/square/tolerance, document quality, follow safety/OSHA and ISO 9001 processes, and support fabrication facility shift schedules.

Install, assemble, test, and inspect mechanical piping systems and related equipment for industrial cooling projects. Perform pipe layout, joining, hanger/support installation, hydrostatic testing at 150 PSI, rigging, and operate cranes/forklifts. Maintain quality documentation, support ISO 9001 audits, follow safety/PPE standards, and mentor less-experienced pipefitters.

Lead root-cause analysis and permanent solutions for complex manufacturing issues. Develop scalable processes, documentation, inventory/layout optimization, and Lean improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Materials, and Project teams to improve production, quality, and audit readiness.
