Assists project managers with project setup, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement coordination, documentation, inspections, fabrication and installation coordination, client deliverables, closeout, warranty issues, audits, and change orders. The role coordinates internal departments, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and technicians while supporting project controls and compliance across energy infrastructure projects.

Manages small to medium complex projects from initiation through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, scope, contracts, engineering coordination, fabrication, installation, inspections, client communications, change orders, audits, NPI requirements, warranty issues, and project deliverables. Coordinates internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and technicians while maintaining project financial performance, timelines, documentation, and quality compliance.

Designs electrical systems for modular cooling and industrial plant projects from specification through production. Responsibilities include electrical calculations, equipment selection, design deliverables, testing, inspections, vendor coordination, technical reviews, factory or site supervision, and support for bids and proposals. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, fabrication teams, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
