Travel 30–50%.

Own growth outcomes for a book of health system and medical group customers: translate goals into marketing plans, run paid/SEO/reputation/outreach programs, track patient-acquisition metrics, diagnose underperformance, lead reviews, and coordinate cross-functional execution and project management to deliver results.

Lead QA for AI-driven voice and web platforms: design and maintain Playwright automated suites, validate TTS/voice pipelines and Claude LLM integrations, build Node.js test tooling, deploy and triage test infra on GCP, define quality metrics, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Own day-to-day people operations including full employee lifecycle, payroll/benefits administration, HRIS and records management, compliance (federal/Texas/HIPAA), recruiting operations, performance cycles, employee relations, engagement programs, vendor management, and people reporting for leadership.

Lead end-to-end healthcare technology implementations from contract to go-live. Manage EHR integrations, HL7/FHIR data exchange, configure workflows, maintain project plans and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, run onsite workshops, and support adoption across large health systems while managing multiple concurrent deployments.

Lead and scale demand generation, product marketing, content, field events, and martech for an AI-native healthcare SaaS. Drive pipeline and brand, align with sales, manage a small marketing team, and build attribution and reporting.
