Serve as a polished point of contact for executives, visitors, customers, candidates, and partners. Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, notes, and follow-ups while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the office remains organized, stocked, and guest-ready.

Own end-to-end implementations for healthcare technology clients, including workflow discovery, EHR integrations, AI configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare. Manage timelines, scope, risks, stakeholders, and client communications while coordinating hospital leaders, IT teams, Product, Engineering, Training, and Customer Success. Improve implementation playbooks, accelerate time to value, track satisfaction, and ensure successful handoff after launch.

Own post-go-live relationships for strategic hospital, health system, and specialty group accounts. Build success plans, lead executive business reviews, monitor account health, drive renewals and expansion, and create client success playbooks and operating processes. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Implementation, and Training to improve adoption, retention, and customer outcomes.

Close large, complex enterprise healthcare deals across health systems and MSOs. Carry new-business and expansion quotas, prospect to build a 3x pipeline, run 90-day pilots and convert to enterprise rollouts, build C-suite relationships, own ROI/business case and forecasting, navigate legal/security/procurement, and coordinate handoff to implementation and customer success. Travel 30–50%.

Lead QA for AI-driven voice and web platforms: design and maintain Playwright automated suites, validate TTS/voice pipelines and Claude LLM integrations, build Node.js test tooling, deploy and triage test infra on GCP, define quality metrics, and mentor junior QA engineers.
