Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs in Node.js/TypeScript. Architect Kafka event-driven systems, optimize MongoDB at scale, integrate with EHRs (FHIR/HL7/Epic), support AI agent workflows, ensure HIPAA-grade security, and drive reliability, observability, testing, and mentoring across the engineering team.

Support customer onboarding, adoption, and relationship management by coordinating across CS, Product, and Engineering; monitor requests, document feedback, assist training, maintain health metrics, and identify improvements to optimize customer experience.

Close large, complex enterprise healthcare deals across health systems and MSOs. Carry new-business and expansion quotas, prospect to build a 3x pipeline, run 90-day pilots and convert to enterprise rollouts, build C-suite relationships, own ROI/business case and forecasting, navigate legal/security/procurement, and coordinate handoff to implementation and customer success. Travel 30–50%.

Own growth outcomes for a book of health system and medical group customers: translate goals into marketing plans, run paid/SEO/reputation/outreach programs, track patient-acquisition metrics, diagnose underperformance, lead reviews, and coordinate cross-functional execution and project management to deliver results.

Lead QA for AI-driven voice and web platforms: design and maintain Playwright automated suites, validate TTS/voice pipelines and Claude LLM integrations, build Node.js test tooling, deploy and triage test infra on GCP, define quality metrics, and mentor junior QA engineers.
