About Steer Health

Steer Health is the AI-Native Growth Platform for Health Systems. We help hospitals, health systems, and large physician groups capture patient demand, convert it into booked and completed visits, and collect the revenue that follows.

Today we serve 109 organizations across 472 locations, including 45+ hospitals covering 19 million patient lives.

What makes us credible in an enterprise room:

  • Proven at hospital scale. Our platform runs live across multi-hospital health systems in several states, not just single-site pilots. One of our largest enterprise customers is also a strategic investor.
  • Native to the EHR they already run. Listed on the Epic Marketplace with single sign-on into Epic, athenahealth, ModMed, and eClinicalWorks, plus 14+ live EHR integrations via FHIR R4 and HL7. We are the system of action on top of their system of record, not a rip-and-replace.
  • Industry recognition. 2026 Hearst Health Prize winner, KLAS Emerging Solutions Top 20, athenahealth Marketplace certified.
  • Three products that compound inside one platform. FastTrackCare (omnichannel patient capture, conversion, and reactivation, with an embedded CRM and voice AI), SteerNotes (agentic clinical intelligence), and RCM AI (revenue cycle expansion). All built on Steer Studio, our AI reasoning and orchestration layer.
  • We sell growth, not software. Most AI vendors sell cost savings and efficiency. We sell net new revenue, capacity utilization, and provable marketing ROI from click to booked to completed to collected. We will structure deals paid on performance where it fits.
  • Capital efficiency that translates to velocity. We ship today what better-funded competitors list on their roadmaps.

RequirementsThe Role

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is the person who opens our largest and most complex opportunities and closes them into multi-year, multi-product agreements.

This is a closing role. You will carry a new logo and expansion quota across a defined territory of health systems and large MSOs, and you will be measured on signed revenue. Enterprise healthcare deals do not close because the software works. They close because someone in the room connects platform capability to a specific executive's number, builds a coalition across clinical, IT, RCM, and marketing, and keeps the internal business case moving when the champion goes quiet.

What You Will Own

Quota. Carry a new business and expansion number across a defined book of health systems and large MSOs. Build and defend a 3x pipeline through your own prospecting, not just inbound and marketing-sourced leads.

Land and expand across the enterprise. Most systems start with one product in one market. Your job is to win the beachhead with FastTrackCare, prove it, then expand across facilities and service lines and attach SteerNotes and RCM AI. Map every hospital, clinic, service line, and affiliated group in the account and know which are live, which are next, and what is blocking each one.

Executive access. Create and hold relationships with CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and Chief Growth Officers. Enterprise healthcare has high leadership turnover. If your deal depends on one person, you do not have a deal.

Business case and ROI ownership. Bring the numbers. Model incremental appointments, referral leakage recaptured, no-show reduction, staffing hours returned, and collections lift, using the prospect's own data. Translate those into a board-ready case that survives finance and procurement scrutiny.

Pilot to enterprise conversion. Structure 90-day pilots with agreed success metrics, then convert the result into a system-wide rollout. A pilot that ends without a defined expansion path is a loss.

MSO-specific motion. For large MSOs and PE-backed platforms, sell to the platform, not the practice. Understand the acquisition thesis, the same-store growth targets, the standardization roadmap, and the exit timeline. Position Steer as the growth infrastructure that travels with every acquisition, and use each new site as a repeatable expansion trigger.

Deal orchestration. Run procurement, security review, BAA, and MSA redlines in parallel with the business case. Coordinate solutions, implementation, and customer success through the sales cycle so the handoff after signature is clean.

Forecast discipline. Weekly, accurate, defensible forecasting in CRM. Clean notes, current next steps, and no surprises at quarter end.

How You Will Work With Health Systems and Large MSOs
  • Sell to the P&L, not the feature list. Growth leaders buy volume and market share. CFOs buy collections and cost per acquisition. COOs buy staffing capacity. Speak each of their languages in the same meeting.
  • Anchor on the EHR, do not fight it. Their Epic or athenahealth investment is untouchable. Lead with marketplace listing, SSO, and bidirectional data flow so IT becomes an ally rather than a gatekeeper.
  • Start narrow, prove fast, then scale. A 90-day pilot in one service line with agreed success metrics beats a twelve-month enterprise negotiation that never closes.
  • Build the coalition before the ask. Enterprise deals need a champion, an economic buyer, a clinical sponsor, and an IT sponsor. Know who each one is by name and what each of them needs to say yes.
  • Bring peer proof. Use anonymized outcomes from comparable systems and specialty groups as reference architecture, and broker reference conversations once a prospect is late-stage.
  • Move legal and security early. BAAs, security reviews, and MSA redlines kill more enterprise quarters than pricing does. Start them in parallel, not at the end.
  • Show up with a point of view. Our buyers are being pitched AI by twenty vendors. The rep who brings a specific observation about their referral leakage or their call abandonment rate gets the second meeting.

  • Track record of carrying and hitting a quota of $1M+ in enterprise healthcare SaaS
  • Proven ability to close a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreement and the story of how you did it
