Own day-to-day people operations including full employee lifecycle, payroll/benefits administration, HRIS and records management, compliance (federal/Texas/HIPAA), recruiting operations, performance cycles, employee relations, engagement programs, vendor management, and people reporting for leadership.

Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs in Node.js/TypeScript. Architect Kafka event-driven systems, optimize MongoDB at scale, integrate with EHRs (FHIR/HL7/Epic), support AI agent workflows, ensure HIPAA-grade security, and drive reliability, observability, testing, and mentoring across the engineering team.

Support customer onboarding, adoption, and relationship management by coordinating across CS, Product, and Engineering; monitor requests, document feedback, assist training, maintain health metrics, and identify improvements to optimize customer experience.
