Represent the company at events, monitor market trends and competitors, coordinate regional planning and reporting, collaborate with APAC and HQ, and build a local organization to support long-term growth.

Drive territory sales and dealer development across assigned Midwest states. Build relationships with dealers, contractors, rental companies, and end users; promote Steelwrist products; provide product training, demos, and technical support; manage CRM and forecasting; support inventory planning and trade shows; travel extensively and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Drive sales growth and customer success for Steelwrist in Japan by developing strategic accounts, supporting dealers and OEMs, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with sales and service teams. Regular domestic travel and occasional travel to Sweden for training and collaboration.
