Leads daily Assembly, CNC Machining, and Warehouse operations; sets priorities; ensures safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiency. Supervises, coaches, and develops employees while supporting hiring and onboarding. Partners with the Production Manager on capacity, staffing, planning, and continuous improvement. Drives Lean manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, ERP adoption, digital reporting, and cross-functional issue resolution in a growing manufacturing operation.

Drive sales growth across the Midwest by developing dealers, contractors, rental companies, municipalities, and end-user relationships. Execute territory sales plans, maintain pipelines and forecasts, conduct product demonstrations, provide dealer training and technical guidance, and support quoting and application recommendations. Manage extensive travel, CRM reporting, customer events, inventory forecasting, and service coordination while building expertise in excavators, tiltrotators, quick couplers, and related attachments.

Lead and grow Steelwrist's commercial operations across Australia and New Zealand. Drive sales growth, business development, dealer and OEM relationships, customer support, training, and market awareness. Represent the company at events, monitor market trends and competitors, coordinate regional planning and reporting, collaborate with APAC and HQ, and build a local organization to support long-term growth.
