Support full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and leave administration (FMLA, STD/LTD), policy development, HR recordkeeping, training, and employee engagement. Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support and leverage AI tools and HRIS to improve processes. Maintain compliance with labor laws and OSHA and coordinate return-to-work and accommodations.

Lead development of gross margin reporting and analytics, build dashboards and automate margin reporting, partner with plant and operations leadership to identify and execute margin improvement opportunities, perform cost and pricing analysis, maintain margin data models across ERP/MES/BI, and present prioritized, quantified initiatives to leadership.

Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality, safety, and cost targets. Lead and develop production staff, manage resources and inventory, enforce OSHA and safety protocols, coordinate with maintenance/QA/logistics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and downtime.

Design, develop, test, and improve products from concept to production. Create CAD models and prototypes, run tests, analyze results, manage product lifecycle, partner with manufacturing and supply chain, ensure compliance with standards, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer orders and forecasts, ensure material availability, optimize inventory and capacity, drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives, mentor planners, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver production KPIs using ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.
