Leads strategy and growth for critical, high-value accounts; manages account teams, executive relationships, renewals, negotiations, revenue expansion, performance reporting, issue resolution, and cross-functional delivery. Acts as the client advocate while identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Requires approximately 40% travel to local offices and customer sites.

Support full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and leave administration (FMLA, STD/LTD), policy development, HR recordkeeping, training, and employee engagement. Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support and leverage AI tools and HRIS to improve processes. Maintain compliance with labor laws and OSHA and coordinate return-to-work and accommodations.

Lead development of gross margin reporting and analytics, build dashboards and automate margin reporting, partner with plant and operations leadership to identify and execute margin improvement opportunities, perform cost and pricing analysis, maintain margin data models across ERP/MES/BI, and present prioritized, quantified initiatives to leadership.
